[font=\"Tahoma\"]I really am anxious to start this e-zine. Perhaps I should get the ball rolling by opening a thread for people to suggest names? I don't want to just sit around waiting for everyone to get together to get this going and not have the things that I should bring to the table. Lol. As for forums, that seems a bit cool to have KB mixed with the forum a bit; it makes things more interesting. Eventually, we need to find a huge user base and hopefully the e-zine will demostrate everyone's talents sufficently. I figure the e-zine will probably be a totally different domain with its own website, whereas the e-zine will give information from someone in <blank> department and link them to the appropriate place for the full story? I dunno..tossing out ideas. [/font]

David: good plan on getting a start; we still don\'t have decent software we can use for the ezine but I\'m sure we\'ll find something. I know Josh was working on a script but I don\'t know how feature loaded it is, as we\'ll need to be able to do things like set the editorial departments, upload & include images for articles, have different user levels such as \"reader\" \"journalist\" \"dept. editor\" \"uber editor\" and \"uber admin\" The really high quality software comes with a high quality price (naturally) We will be counting on advertising dollars to raise some income for the ezine, and I think if like everything else we remain competitive but under the going market, we\'ll win some ad contracts.

That\'s another area that needs researching as well....looking at what other sites have in their ad contracts then adjusting them to our needs. If someone could get a start on that, it would be a huge help (of course it also means alot of reading) or just PM me the links so I can have a look at them.

The name of the ezine is important. It needs to reflect that it\'s ours, and that it speaks to our diversity. We will also have to look at department editors.

Overall, we may have to start a real recruiting push for more staff as we grow, which means getting people to participate on the forums. Ahhhh gotta love the circle of internet business LMAO....

I\'m back and had fun. I actually had the best time of my life. Anyway, my only suggestion for e-zine names is anything except \"KillaZine\" or something similar. We\'re getting too many Killa\'s imo. Some people have even told me that we need to stop with all of the killa stuff O_o I don\'t remember who though. Yeah and this is off topic but Green Day was down the street from me when I went out today!!! >_< I\'m so mad... I want to see them in concert.

i just received this error when trying to visit the arcade

IPB WARNING [2] load_template(/home/httpd/vhosts/killagraphix.com/httpdocs/cache/skin_cache/cacheid_12/skin_Arcade.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory (Line: 1306 of /sources/ipsclass.php)

because it doesnt support the IPB 2.1 default skin setting. i have to be under KG skin to view the forum
