Yeah, it counts comments as well... the current total, as stands, is 500.9 KB. And I won't be able to get it any lower without either chopping the posts/comments themselves, or removing important data which would cause a critical error on your blog (I'm sure neither of which you would want).
By the looks of it, if you could find 1 more good one to trim, you should drop below the max limit. Your Ashlee Simpson post/comments would likely give you more than enough space... its probably taking up a 100kb or 2 just in itself.

According to the blog, the Ashlee Simpson post should be already gone. I searched all 8 pages and found nothing.

The original blog post is also still listed in the database, so as far as it is concerned, the topic is still around.
Might want to report it as a bug, if your site says the topic is gone.

I'll let Scott read this thread and see what he thinks, I'm going to prune out all of december, which is a good 5 pages of posts when i can too, so hopefully that will bring me in under aswell. Thanks for having a look in the db for me though.
