Greg King has officially been charged, under title 18 1030 (a)(A)(5)(i) of the United States Criminal Code.
What do all those numbers mean? Well, [url=\"http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/home/uploads/407/Cybercrime.doc\"]here[/url] is a rough breakdown. (Also attached, find a copy of the documentation, direct from Harvard Law School)

Essentially, he is looking at up to 10 years... and since he attacked DoD computers as well as several commercial companies, he could very well get it. No sympathy from me, since I warned him several times that he was screwing himself.
Poor kid... should have just kept his little botnet to himself and not attacked anyone with it... of course, he should have just never obtained a botnet in the first place.
Everyone feel free to send him that document, and point out the part where he\'s going to get not 5, but 10 years.

Those same Prisons also have ZERO smoking, ZERO alcahol, ZERO ponography of any type, ZERO alternative meals (don\'t like what\'s served? Starve). Not to mention they are working in Chain Gangs again, cleaning the side of freeways in their hot pink jumpsuits and chained ankle-bracelets.
Don\'t like the living conditions? Don\'t make yourself a repeat visitor.

i've only seen the orange guys on the side of the road, i'll make a special "hi greg" sign in case i ever see a group of pink ones, - i wonder, do they give them pink trash bags too? hmmmmm
