Who's that girl in the mirror?
Why does she always cry?
Is it 'cause she's all alone;
Or 'cause she wants to die?

Who is that girl in the mirror?
The one with eyes so sad
The one they couldn't help,
the one they treated bad.

She sits and cries alone
Whispers a soft and silent prayer
Hoping for a better tomorrow
Praying she'll have someone there

Locked in her sleepless solitude
She tells her heart to mend
Without a helping hand
Not even a helping friend

Who is that girl in the mirror?
The one whos heart is stone
The one that can't be helped;
So lost, confused, alone.

I know that girl in the mirror
I know that girl I see
The one with eyes so sad
That girl...
That girl is me
