the purple swirly things were done the same way as the \"explosion\" backgrounds, I added the icicle looking thing on a different layer.

the polygon lasso tool for the crystal spiky things, lens flare, lighting effects, 3D render, tech brushes, blending options (most of them), smudge, blur, sharpen, dodge, burn, sponge, about 30 layers, the gradient tool, different layer options, different opacities, styles, wind...there I think that covers all of it. /blink.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':blink:\' />

Looks very nice! Better then anything I can make (I know that doesnt say much since I cant even use paint). Its very nice...
