Okay, one thing thats really screwing me up is the way the comments read from the bottom up, which means if you want to read it the most relevant, you need to read the bit at the top, scroll all the way down, then slowly scroll back up again, which is kinda useless imho.
Is there any way in which you can make the comments show as if it were on a forum, with the most recent posts appearing at the bottom rather than the top?

It's in the SQL, just need to change "ORDER BY postdate DESC" to "ORDER BY postdate ASC" - maybe it would be a good idea to have it as a preference?

Maybe just a drop down menu under the time selection thing where people can select either:
"Most recent comments at top"
or
"Most recent comments at bottom"
or something like that.

Figured i'd post this here as it's related to comments. One thing I noticed recently is people tend to be writing fairly long replies in comments, and it can be awkward typing a few hundred words into such a small text area. Possibly make it larger or add a user editable part in the CSS that defines the width for it?
Apologies if i'm wrong and it can be edited, as I don't have a blog myself. But I checked a few and they all seem to be the same size

Ahh sorry, ignore the above! Just been speaking to Josh, he says you can edit it. I guess some of you are just lazy!

It would also be nice if there was an edit feature on user comments? If there is I don't see it
