A limited number of projects have been added to the Project Manager. This could be a very useful tool if everyone makes use of it to communicate in regards to things being worked on. This includes site designs, scripts, applications, and graphics.

Hey Jake
After you login on the Manager, click on the Projects tab. On the far left just under Project Listing, there should be New | Options | Gantt
Click on New, then fill in the Project Name, Aim (if you want to) and something in Remarks about the project. In the right hand column beside Category you can choose the status of the Project, such as Waiting, Working, Offered, etc.
In the dropdown menu for Sub-Project Of: you can leave it blank to be a Parent Subject or you can put it in an existing project area such as Fun Stuff.
For Participants, hold down your control key and click the names of all people you would like to have access to the project.
In Access, if you want people to be able to write to files & the project, check Write Access. Choose the Group radio button or the Some Radio button if you only want certain people to have write access.
Below the Access area are two words, Create and Back. Click Create to list your project.

It appears that I only have Gantt ... see:

I thought that perhaps due to my low res (ie. 800 x 600) that perhaps it was cut off. But that wasn\'t the case. I changed it to 1024 x 768 and the screen appeared the same.

ada should put everything she needs done in the \"todo\" list, thatway when someone logs in they can simply see whats not being done and do it, instead of interupting ada asking her what to do (a)

I\'ve been pondering the list, believe me

Okay...all accounts have been modified, and all of you should be able to create project files now.

hmmm, I seem to still have problems with the project manager...
I can\'t seem to change (ie. remove/add) who can access/contribute to the project.
For example....

In the above picture I can\'t seem to change which names appear on the two lists... is there something I\'m not understanding?
