Staff Conduct & Guidelines

While fun and having a good time are important to the atmosphere of KillaNet/KillaGraphix/KillaGaming, staff from all areas are expected to conduct themselves in an honourable manner. Your conduct and behaviour is a direct reflection on the other staff members and the Network as a whole. To that end, please read the following.
1. When people come to us for help, please treat them with respect and help them as best you can. If you are unable to assist them, please refer them to another staff member who may be able to assist them.
2. The Network is a family safe property. Please keep your language and actions clean and non-offensive both on the forums and in chat. It is possible to have fun without swearing and acting offensively.
3. Please familiarize yourself with the Forum Guidelines (if you are staff on both forums, please ensure you are familiar with the Guidelines on both).
4. All staff are required to reply to this post with their names... be it their real name, their chat nick, or their board username. This will inform the admins that you have read these rules through, and that nothing will come as a surprise later. Any discussion posts will be removed without warning, so please keep replies to your own name and nothing more.
5. If you are impaired due to alcohol/drug use please do not oper yourself in chat. If you are already oper\'d please deop yourself. The same applies if you are in a foul mood and cannot moderate the chatroom fairly.
6. When active in other chats/websites where it is known you are a KillaNet staff member please conduct yourself in a dignified manner.
