Poser users may also qualify for upgrades by submitting name, mailing address and email address, plus alternative proof of ownership (original purchase receipt, screen shot of splash screen image, original CD's or manual cover) to e frontier via fax, mail or email. All materials must be submitted to one of the following: Fax: 831-480-2010; Mail: e frontier, Attn: Poser Amnesty, 5615 Scotts Valley Drive, Suite 210, Scotts Valley, CA, 95066, USA; Email: amnesty@e-frontier.com. After proof of ownership is submitted, e frontier will contact previous users about availability of their upgrade.
If you receive an Invalid Serial Number error when attempting to purchase using your existing serial number, please email your serial number, name, mailing address and email address to amnesty[at]e-frontier.com.
