Company Logo Request

I have been asked by one of my friends to put through a request for a logo for our lifetime project.
Here in Orange, the Australian National Field Days (or ANFD) will be in town for 3 days next week, this is Australia's largest Agricultural Expo, and we hope to speak with alot of people about prices on fencing for enclosures, and obtaining donations and support, maybe even possible sponsorship from local and not-so-local companies. What we need, which has only just been decided at last notice, will be business cards. As we are all young adults around the age of 18, it is going to take alot to get people to take us seriously, and as such, we decided that business cards and information packs will be our first step. We need to have a small logo designed for our business cards. Not sure what size exactly but think of a business card, and then its going to be printed in a corner of one of those, and you have some sort of idea to work with.
It needs to look professional, we want a big cat paw print... something that is easily associated with alot of animals, and it needs to be easily printed on alot of color backgrounds if possible (not essential at this point in time). We do not want the animal enclosures name on the logo, as it may be hard to read during resizing. Colours need to be natural (blacks, browns, greys, khaki greens and such) and simple (not too many colors crammed in together). Unfortunately we -are- working off donations at the moment, so we will not be able to pay you for the image, and we may not be able to guarantee it will be the image we will use throughout the entire park, as sponsors may want to have a say in things, we just need something that we can use at this point in time, as this is very short notice.
Later in the future we will probably be looking for someone to design our website aswell, we will be paying someone to do this for us, and i do hope it is someone from KillaNet that does it, as i know your background and i know it will be done properly, and will look professional, and safe. But we're not looking at that right now, if anyone has any offers on prices as a base, im all ears, but we havn't got a site drawn up yet so i can't tell you what will be involved in creating it.
I am hoping this image is created very soon, as we are looking at having these cards printed before Wednesday of next week. Very short notice i know, but it will be much appreciated if we get an image that suits the greater scheme of things before that deadline. So for those after a deadline, i am going to say hopefully ill have one chosen by Sunday or Monday at the latest. I hate to sound pushy but this is a very last minute thing.
If anyone has any questions about this please post them here, or you may be able to contact me quicker VIA email, <email removed for safety reasons>.
