Greetings from TAFE. Day #4, and I've got Internet access on my laptop now. It's about 10mbps so I'm really excited. I'm sitting outside typing this, watching netstumbler keep track of the signal and it's high and steady.

Goes to show how well government education institutions are set up

If you mean "already finished" by "working" then yes.
