Pardon Me,

I just recently joined this site and I was wondering if there was a beginners guide for people to read over or something. I received a message from a person named Tammi, I believe and it mentioned a quick guide. Just wanting to see if theres a way to locate it, or at least some guidelines outside of the usual no profane, vulgar, etc.

We do have one around here somewhere, but the buzzard moved it...and didn\'t leave any breadcrumbs around..or he did and Verczeh..or Gadget..or Dren, ate them because they looked like sugar cubes.

Right now, Im attempting to design website skins for my personal website thats for the moment under long-term reconstruction.

I also make pc backgrounds, Avatars, signatures, and misc stuff.

My skills are not much, but Im trying to improve them.
