not sure how to do chrome in PSP I use photoshop and for that I can do chrome. Nice wheeldesign there.

You might find these tutorials useful, Tech

There is not a Image Missing its Just So Light it Blends in the The Page lol But Thanks Ada!

Ive not checked those two links, so one of them might cover it, but you can make very effective chrome without filters and such by just using Doge and Burn. Decide where you want the light to be coming from highlight/lowlight accordingly. Its a very simple effect that looks great, but just takes some practice. I used this technique in the building of toadsnet and its interface.
