If anything\'s wrong with the state of today\'s warfare, it\'s that there\'s not enough imagination. Come on, bullets are so last century. Now look at the Worms franchise - ten years old and still viciously creative in the weapons department. If it\'s not a dynamited granny, it\'s a high-explosive homing pigeon or a sheep on a short fuse - and in Worms 4: Mayhem you\'ll be able to use the game\'s flexible Weapons Factory to forge your own innovative arsenal.
Viewing the new footage, though, it\'s clear the hardest part is going to be inventing something the warheaded boffins at Codemasters haven\'t already thought of. The attention to detail borders on sickening (note the lamb chops shooting from a detonated sheep bomb, or the upchucking invertebrate halfway through) and satisfies even our raging bloodlust, without so much as a splash of claret. Get watching, then - we\'re back off to the drawing board. Those \'time bomb girlfriends\' won\'t blueprint themselves, y\'know!
