iRO Second Year Anniversary Quest

International Ragnarok Online is celebrating it's second year anniversary (of being out of beta and going commercial) by implementing a quest that is not only fun, but interesting (for all levels and servers). I'll start off with the tablet quest (nile rose) and go on to the Cave of Decadence. So here we go..
I. Tablet Quest
You're going to have to warp to Morroc and walk to the south-west (at least, from the "middle area" (where tool dealer, kafra, and smile assistant are). Walk into the building and speak to the guy there (it's where you make binocs as well). He'll tell you to go to Prontera and speak to a guy named Clanux Heffron. Once in Prontera, you're going to have to find four pieces of the tablet (as weird as these pieces may be) and take them back to Clanux. Clanux is located behind/near the Prontera Church. Here's the locations of all of the tablet pieces (yes, they are items and no, you won't see them - you'll have to walk over the location whereas I've mentioned).
Prontera Tablet
1.) Mother's Letter (located in the Prontera Tool Shop - in back, walk around the device located in middle of the building)
2.) Necklace of Oblivion (it's in the library to the right - located at 189,265). The item is located near the bottom right wall (167, 46).
3.) Megaphone - located southeast where the swordsman training dummies are. Top right of the left group (225,82)
4.) Necklace of Wisdom is in the bar (located at 46, 67). It's found off the wall next to the entrance (43, 32)
Now you take the items back to Clanux and he'll give you the Prontera Tablet and mumble something about some guy in Payon. So, of course, you're going to warp to Payon and find a man called Grout'he Tucook. To make your life easier, the coordinates are 182,131. So once you talk to him (the conversation is quite funny) - you're off to find the tablets for the Payon Tablet.
Payon Tablet
1.) Piano Key is located to the building DIRECTLY west of Grout'he Tucook. Coordinates inside are 57,54.
2.) Newbie Tag is located by the archer targets to the west (slightly). (135,190)
3.) Unknown Coupon is located near a stump with an axe stuck into it (to the west quite a bit - at 260,300).
4.) Delivery Box is located inside of a building (130, 205) and inside it's at 55, 35.
So once again, you take these ingredients to Grout'he Tucook. He'll give you a long speech and you'll threaten his life (bwahahaha). Eventually though, he gives you the Payon Tablet. At this point he makes a sly comment concerning Morroc. Hum...so guess where we are going next? That's right, Morroc. Warp yourself to Morroc and locate a silly man that goes by the name of Brute Jacoloitrs (north east, 276,296). This guy is, as his name suggests, a brute. He likes smashing things. The conversation with him is silly and amusing - but it's a shame we have to go find those tablets ..time for the ingredients for the Morroc Tablet.
Morroc Tablet
1.) Unknown Test Tube is in the Inn (55, 259) - inside the coordinates are 163, 75.
2.) Vita500 Lid (kRO Quest Item? Wtf) - is located in a building (200, 65). Go up the stairs and to the left room by the stove. Located behind the stove at 46, 125.
3.) Vigorgra (Viagra? .....you'll see what I mean) is in the southwest at 103, 86.
4.) Straw Rice Bag is located in the center building. Take the left warp to the bottom floor where the jail cells are.. Follow the floor directly next to the cells. (54, 118)
Now, as usual, we take the ingredients back to Brute Jacoloitrs. He'll SMASH them together to make...tada...Morroc Tablet. I know, you're running out of zeny and you're getting exhausted looking for all of these items. You're nearly done. Brute will say he did something similar for a guy in Geffen. Time to warp to Geffen (woohoo). You'll find a man in the northeastern area (203, 172) who's name is Sage Welshyun. He'll be a little cocky and thinking that he's superior than you because of his intelligence (sounds like anyone you know? oO). Anyways, he'll ask you a question (I bet you don't know what breh suoixon yldaed is..!). As goofy as it sounds, read that backwards and you got the answer of...Deadly Noxious Herb. So give him that answer and he'll say that he'll do whatever you ask (ie: Make the Geffen Tablet). One last time, we are forced to round up the four pieces of the tablet.
Geffen Tablet
1.) iROGM02's Backpack is at 185, 160.
2.) Ragnarok T-Shirt is in the southwest, in a garden. (35, 78).
3.) Payment Statement for Kafra Employee is by a bed in the Inn (172, 172) and the bed is located at 106, 40.
4.) TCG Card is located at 89, 129.
Now finally, we take these pieces to good ol' Sage Welshyun and he'll MELD THE PIECES TOGETHER WITH HIS MIND (OH NOS!). So now you have the Geffen Tablet. Next we have to get the.... psyche! You have all four tablets. Go back and talk to the guy you spoke to originally that's in Morroc (southwestern house). Once you listen to his lecture, he'll give you the Nile Rose accessory. Nile Rose gives +5 to all stats (see RO screenshots for what it looks like/does). It cannot be traded, sold, put into your cart, put into your storage, or dropped from your inventory at all.
Although...you can avoid not giving him the tablets..and proceed to a more dangerous route...the Cave of Decadence Quest....
II. Cave of Decadence Quest
With all four of your tablets, you walk two north of Geffen (no worries about warping, you're there!). You'll walk to the east after going north to find a HUGE flower. Walking across/talking to it will send you to a cave...the Cave of Decadence. Now, you won't see much in here, except possibly tons of players mumbling about going insane. Within (at most) 10 minutes, you'll see what all the hubbub is about.
A monster spawns (Hellion) who is level 99, looks like a Dark Priest, has 900k hp, and has high MATK (magic attack). His flee is insane (400+) so only crits will hit him properly or someone with tons of mummy cards. Otherwise, the best thing for you is to attack it as much as you possibly can ... or get into a party and try with them. Regardless of how it's done, when it dies - it'll drop a Hellion's Eye. you use it and you warp back to the guy in Morroc who gives you the Nile Rose (since you still have the tablets). Once you toss the tablets for the Nile Rose - you can no longer go to the Cave of Decadence.
However, the Hellion gives great amount of exp and there's a chance of another Nile Rose going directly into your inventory! So that's +10 to all stats. Incredible, no? But I don't suggeset going to the Cave of Decadence unless you're at least level 70 or have a few friends who wouldn't mind you stealing a Hellion's Eye from their kill. ^_~
That's all for the Second Year Anniversary Quest. I know it seems long and tedious for an item that's going to disappear in a little under a week and a half - but it is quite a useful item no matter how you look at it. I only wonder what it'll turn into after the event is over.
