PRESS RELEASE
Atomanic

BitRabbit is proud to announce the release of a new game, Atomanic, for Series60 handsets. Building on the success of the first game, the arcade oriented Yukiko, BitRabbit introduces now an original puzzle game. Simple gameplay, and easy to understand, but which will keep the player entertained and excited for long hours.

Going beyond the usual and countless "Match-3" brain teasers, Atomanic proposes to revisit your chemical classes. In each level, you are presented with a molecule, going from the simplest to the most complex ones, whose atoms have been scattered all around the game area. Your goal is to move those atoms in order to assemble the molecule as it was before being split.

To do this, no complex rules. Just move the atoms in any direction, but once an atom starts moving along, it won't stop until it meets an obstacle: edge of the area, block or another atom. It's then up to the player to correctly analyze the situation in order to find the best combination of moves, all that in a limited time. And to add a little excitement, if you finish under a "par" time, points are doubled.

Every four levels, you have a bonus screen where your challenge is to push tiles in order to correctly display the picture of some famous physicists.

This game boasts a few noticeable features that are important for BitRabbit:
# After each level or bonus, you will learn some interesting things about the molecule or person involved. Nobody will argue that you lose your time playing stupid games !
# Gameplay is primordial, but not at the expense of presentation. As in all BitRabbit's productions, it is crammed with lots of content: 15mn of console quality music, plenty of highly detailed graphics, high speed 3D animations of molecules, ...
# A module allows to download extension packs of levels, in order to renew the interest almost indefinitely. Install the pack, play it ! Initial pack comprises of 32 levels and 8 bonus.
# A password system which lets you participate in a global ranking.
