My Board

So....who watched it? It was on [url=\"http://www.visiontv.ca/thetomb/home.html\"]Vision TV[/url] in Canada and on [url=\"http://dsc.discovery.com/convergence/tomb/tomb.html?dcitc=w99-502-ah-1024\"]Discovery US[/url]. I found the information interesting, and am perhaps much more tolerant of the questions raised than the show\'s critics. I agree that much more testing and checking needs to be done, but I am not prone to outright say that it\'s in no way possible that the tomb is that of Jesus and his family.

I am interested in the find from an historical point of view, it doesn\'t effect my spirituality, being a heathen and all, you know. Apparently there is another movie being made about the find; I am hoping that more questions get answered - for instance, what was the inscription they found on the wall of the tomb? The reason given for the Israel historic people to shut down exploration of the tomb was also rather weak. I would like to see more investigation done and definite proof found in order to draw conclusions beyond a doubt. I don\'t think that the discovery of Jesus\' tomb would have any dire effect on the religious organizations of today\'s world. If anything, I think it will prove that Jesus, like Mohammed, was just an extraordinary man who had the right ideals, and it was those who came later who twisted religion into what it\'s become today.

I didn\'t see it, but I think it would be pretty interesting to watch. I\'ll probably end up in a religious debate over it though lol...
