Hey,
I haven\'t posted in this section for a while. /whistle.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'(whistle)\' /> Whoops? Oh well. I have taken on a personal project and it requires a red curtain in the background. I couldn\'t find any stock photographs that were of red stage curtains. I found one, but the perspective and angle were not what I needed. So I found some small reference images, and unfortunately I did a test with a small size. Here is what I came up with. I am shooting for realism to some extent. Please give me advanced critique if you could, please. Thanks!

That looks fairly good, maybe try adding some hints of red at the top, rather than just having it go into dark.

I agree with Marko, I think there should be a hint of lighting at the top of the curtains. Are you going to be spotlighting the character? That\'s something else to keep in mind as you plan out the image.

hmmm yes, i conveniently saw some red curtains last night... something to note: all the rises differ in width... i dont know how easy that would be to make, but just a thought. i love it already though so i dont know how important that would be
nice work dren
