I spoke with the US State Attorney for California Wednesday afternoon, and the task he has assigned to me is going to force me to stop working on the Policies, Categories & FAQ's for the new site for a bit. I need to furnish him with full financial documentation in regards to server payments, server lease agreements, KillaNet and a bit more, which means sorting through all of my credit card statements since 2004, copying them and getting them down to the Attorney's office ASAP. The reason for this is that they are planning on charging Greg with interfering with international commerce, on top of all of the other stuff. This is a very hefty criminal charge - something Bush actually got right when his government came up with the cyber-terrorism bill. Exactly what this means to us, I have nfi, but if they want the info, then I will furnish it. Anything to keep Greg rooming with Bubba for as long as possible.

Well it's good that they're still going to do something about the idiot. It's not good that you'll have to take time away from KN, but as long as it keeps Greg out of our hair, then so be it. Eh... sounds like busy work to me, If they havent done anything by now what makes you think they are going to keep trying to get him...?

because this is the US Attorney's office, not the FBI. They have him in jail, now they are figuring out how much they can charge him with.
