This is what your Edit Account screen should look like if you qualified for the Mission Pack by making a purchase in the GW online store (minus the bonus items in the bottom screen unless you've bought the applicable products):

...and now we wait... I really hope they release it in early November - not that I don't have loads of things still to do in-game, but that's not the point, is it?
