It uses the idea of stifling the players aim while moving, forcing the player to stay in one place if they want to fire accurately. However, a player standing in one place is easier to be hit by an opponent. Also, There are no healing entities and if you are wounded, your aim becomes less accurate.
The weapons in X Operations are based on real-world designs, including the Desert Eagle, Mk23, the MP5, and the AK47. The player can only have two weapons in his possession at a time, including a briefcase used in some missions.
Eliminating an enemy will cause them to drop any weapons they are currently equipped with, allowing the player to pick them up. This is often needed since a player cannot pick up any extra ammunition. If the player already has two weapons in his possession they must drop one in order to pick up another.
