exile mentioned something about building a pixel art town as a project in chat the other night when we were tormenting...err...interviewing Envy, which I think is a really good idea. I think it would get more than just the usual few involved, and it\'s an opportunity to learn a new skill.

Any thoughts on the idea or how we\'d go about implementing it?

Build a base grid, have each person build a block or grid square with whatever they want on it. We might make a map with some roads or a killagraphix factory or park or something. Probably require a few days work from each person - its very time consuming, took me two hours to do one basic building - but its definitely a good idea. Mr Wong made a pixel apartment as you have probably seen, and also [url=\"http://eboy.com\"]http://eboy.com[/url] has pixel towns that you might want to check out.

It might be an idea to wait until a bit later to do this, I know i've been saying that a lot lately but I think we should get the current batch of sites done for our August 31 opening date.

Frankly I don\'t have a clue how you could implement this but I do agree with trin that we should wait till most of the current work is done, 31st at the earliest.

Would be a cool idea, cant make a tower as that was done by Mr Wong; looked awesome though
