My Board

I'd agree with Jim - make it forums for VG but have a bit for wider scope.

Would suggest an upgrade to version 3 during the move and obviously a new skin would be needed <img src='http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':unsure ...

I'll race you

Of course...I'd need to get to Atlanta first.

I'm sure you all noticed the news of GeoCities closing. This has prompted me to go on a search of some of my ancient web stuff. A lot of it is particularly old and scary (including messages from my 13yr old self) but I though this would give a few of you some laughs. The date for this is somewhere around June 03! I also found a tutorial for mIRC that Jim apparently asked me to write. I'm willing to bet that's forgotten! /biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Happy Birthday!

2 years /blum.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />

And no. /angel_not.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='(not)' />

You're all insane. /dry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='<_<' />

Feel free but in general plugins shouldn't use the top level menu like that. If they were to do so there should be submenu items which would mean the page title would never be seen anyway.

<r>
Okay, maybe I missed something but for some reason this plugin does not add the "My First Plugin" to the title bar...anyone know why?
<br/>
Looks like an actual bug. /dry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='<_<' /> <br/>

Old indeed, least I'm not yet ancient.

Thanks everyone, I had a great day.

<r>I should be made redundant, not only did I not change the forum, it's also the first time in years I didn't even make the topic (far less reply in a timely manner). <br/>
<br/>

<t>As above, though probably a bit further back. I can't get to most of the old stuff because archive.org doesn't like forums and all the tg/err0r.net proboards have been locked/lost.<br/>
<br/>
However, here's some memorable moments /smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br/>
<br/>

Clostridium tetani* /biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

And no, probably not cause you need oxygen to rust and C. tetani can't survive aerobically.
[/drspeak]

*Closes* /ohmy.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' /> /angel_not.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='(not)' />

And there was me thinking it had finally ended.

*Isn't going to go anywhere near Paul's relationships*

<t>You may have missed the "old people coming back" rule, which requires you to stay for a minimum of a year (chained, of course) and post lots during that time. /smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br/>

This is great in theory but practically it's going to be many years before the cross browser support is good enough for devs to take real advantage.

CSS 3 is hardly the most recent version. It's still a working draft.

Hehehe, guess it worked.

Yeah, really happy with it so far.

The screen hasn't been giving me any glares Josh, can't really tell it's glossy when switched on.
Dear Scott,

We are pleased to send you this dispatch notification regarding your Apple Store order.
Aren't they very pleased? I am too!

I've never thought the screen was that bad. Guess I'll let you know once I've been using one for longer.

Nothing special, enough for what I was looking for:
13.3-inch glossy widescreen display
1280 x 800 resolution
1GB memory (2x512MB SODIMMs)
80GB 5400-rpm Serial ATA hard drive
SuperDrive (DVD±RW/CD-RW)
Built-in iSight camera
