Attacker Waiting To Be Charged

On Friday December 3, 2004 the FBI executed a Search & Seizure warrant against Greg King and removed all computer equipment from his residence. They are now in possession of his botnet and files, and Federal Computer Crime charges are being finalized. Once that is done, Greg King will be charged and tried in a U.S. Federal court for all of the damage he has done to not only KillaNet but to several other sites and servers as well.

It is nice to know that the gigabytes of logs and information we sent to the FBI and co-operation between site & server owners has paid off in the way of one script kiddie being taken off the \'net. Perhaps now we will all be able to work in peace and develop the programmes and services we\'ve been trying to for the past year. this is great news! its such a relief for us, i cant imagine what it must be like for you.
and thank you for taking the time to help the FBI get him off the net, and all the headaches it undoubtedly caused you

At last we can concentrate without a constant threat lurking behind us. Well done to both Ada and NightStorm who have worked tirelessly on this, its finally paid off.

good work Ada and NighStorm, aswell as everyone else who contributed. It\'s nice to know that for now work will be easier and the servers will be less laggy.

Apparently under questioning, he fessed up to a lot of things... kid is a real motormouth sometimes, and as the saying goes \"loose lips sink ships\". His should be sitting at the bottom of the Pacific right now.
It\'s a pity that his family and neighbours had to witness it all so close to the holidays, but maybe he\'ll learn something from this.
What will he learn, you might ask... well, for one, to purchase soap on a rope, to avoid \"dropping it\".
