Killa Graphics Active Topics Lister

Hey all just wanted to put in this other dll, when you activate it it will return the currently active topics under the "Todays Active Topics" section and will return a the corresponding link. Here is the required code to use this ActiveXDLL

feel free to change the alias name and how the code works, but as far as the comcalls go be careful changing those.
