Ah hah! I found it!
[u]Witch stew[/u]
ingredients:
1 buzzard (plucked)
1 penguin (skinned)
1 flying doggy (hair removed via dragon breath)
1 pound of fine ground coffee beans
various spices to taste
boil first 4 ingredients on the eve of the full moon in large cauldron untill tender, add spices to taste, invite local storm cloud to strike cauldron with lightning bolt, simmer on sleeping dragon breath until sunrise.

This tastey recipie will keep a witch healthy for 2 weeks.
