Personally this is one of the best spyware blockers I've come across. I use this along with Ad-aware. After using spyware blaster i noticed my Ad-aware scans were only finding one type of 'spyware' which was Tracking cookies (data miners) which pose a very insignificant threat. The active-x controll is great, as this is a extremely common way of people allowing there computers to download software.
