New Chat Interface

Thanks to the efforts of NightStorm (with some help from the other admins for various tasks) KillaNet has a brand new chat interface.

It works perfectly in Internet Explorer, and will work in some Firefox versions with a plugin. This plugin only works in 1.03 and >1.0.0

A link has also been added to the navigation menu at the top of this forum. Our original Java interface is now listed as JavaChat, the new interface is listed as Chat.
