Responsiblity to keep Passwords private
Members receive a password to login to their account. The member is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account username. In addition, members are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under their account. Members may change their password at any time by going to the Users section of their adminstration area and following the procedure for changing their account password.
Copyright
You hereby grant to killablogs.com a nonexclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide right and license to digitally display and host your blog and its content, and to use its trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and other commercial or product/service designations in connection with the website and such services. You will retain copyright ownership and all related rights for information that you publish through KillaBlogs or other information you publish through KillaBlogs-related services.
Advertising On Free Sites
At this time all killablogs.com services are provided free of charge. KillaNet Technology Ltd. reserves the right to alter these services to include paid subscription services and thereby limit the amount of resources utilized by users of free accounts. KillaNet Technology Ltd. further retains the right to place advertising banners and/or messages on any free services in the form of but not limited to Pay Per Click Advertisements and/or Flat Rate Advertising Space. Users of free accounts on killablogs.com are hereby prohibited from placing any type and form of revenue earning advertising banners and/or messages. Doing so may result in the cancelation of the user's account should it be found to be in violation of this provision.
Use and Misuse of the Services
All complaints of abuse, violation and misuse of the Services, whether described in this Section 4 or otherwise, shall be investigated. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO WAIVE AND HOLD KILLABLOGS.COM HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO ANY ACTION TAKEN BY KILLABLOGS.COM AS PART OF ITS INVESTIGATION OF A SUSPECTED VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR AS A RESULT OF ITS CONCLUSION THAT A VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT HAS OCCURRED. THIS MEANS THAT YOU CANNOT SUE OR RECOVER ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER FROM KILLABLOGS.COM AS A RESULT OF KILLABLOGS.COM'S DECISION TO REMOVE MATERIAL FROM ITS SERVERS, WARN YOU, SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT, OR TAKE ANY OTHER ACTION DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF A SUSPECTED VIOLATION OR AS A RESULT OF KILLABLOGS.COM'S CONCLUSION THAT A VIOLATION HAS OCCURRED.
