That wasn\'t exactly the kind of reply I wanted.

Which production team would you like to work on?
Are you going to be commited to working on a team or will you be disappearing for weeks at a time?
Any feedback on the changes we\'re making?

And that goes for you too, Jay-and anyone else who made non-commital replies.

We are looking for commitments from all of you. Disappearances, tasks not done and missed deadlines let down everyone else, and right now we don\'t have time for it. We are getting alot of attention from politicians, funding sources and professional groups, so it\'s time to either pee or get off the pot.

Yes it is, and I\'m not talking about just local professional groups; I am talking about Microsoft, Sony Online Entertainment, Game Developers Conference, SIGGRAPH, NAPP, Monolith Games, Austin Game Developers, Women In Games International, etc etc etc so we *need* to get all of these projects done, and soon. Lack of co-operation by some staff does nothing but hurt the rest of you who *are* working hard, and slows down both our re-organization/design and our progress.

Sorry for not replying sooner.

I've made a post in the uber admin section explaining myself, but to cut a long story short; I've been having a few problems with net time and am having my own connection installed soon.

I'm perfectly happy to carry on designing and coding websites when needs be. That includes HTML, CSS and PHP (contrary to popular belief, I can code <img src=\'http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/s ... >/blum.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':P\' />). I'm sure there's no intention of making me a team leader with my recent absence, but I ask not to be made one until I can sort myself out <img src=\'http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/s ... /smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />

Good news! I have completed Cert 3. This means that I have about 3ish more assignments to do before I finish year twelve. The only thing standing in the way is work. I can work on stuff <img src=\'http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/s ... iggrin.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':D\' />
