A few of the places I\'ve looked at for spammage (from Scott\'s spammage list) ask if we offer a 30 day money back guarantee; I think it\'s something we should look at, as it could lend to our credibility.

Yes, its certainly another thing worth promoting. I\'d say no more than a 30 one though, but thats pretty fair I think.

30 day money back, and we really need to hype that we do have nightly, as well as weekly backups.
I\'m going to start storing the weekly on this server, so that if something critical happens at the DC2 server, we will at most lose a week of info on everyone\'s sites.

yeah I was thinking 30 days as well; in the spammage I\'ve been doing I either check the backups box or put it in server notes.
