Css Mouseover images...?

Reasons for posting,

javascript = is being a pain
Google = Not helping for mouseover css images...

So i was wondering if its possible, Like if i have blah.gif and when you mouseover it, it should change to blah-over.gif but nooooooooo doesnt want to work that way... so any of you css people out there... give me a hand? o.0

This will work for background images. For normal images you\'ll need to use javascript. [html] \"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd\">
