On December 1-3, Vercz will be attending the [url=\"http://www.agdc.com.au/index.php\"]Game Development Conference[/url] in Melbourne as a KillaGaming journalist with a full press pass. He will be gathering as much information as he can, as well as conducting a few interviews in regards to all aspects of the game development industry and filing reports for everyone to read.

[font=\"Tahoma\"]As the last person who went to GDC for kG, I have a few pointers for you:
1) Stay away from people in the press room, they do like stealing questions.
2) Take a laptop if you got one (makes for taking notes alot easier)
3) If no laptop, take a tape recorder or something to record what's going on.
4) Don't set things on fire, they don't like it.
5) Don't break anything, they don't like that either (apparently)
6) Remember that you're allowed to pick up and leave whenever you want, but please fill out the questionaire before doing so (it makes sure they know that you were there for one, and for two - it's just nice to do so)
7) Drink as much water as humanly possible before it's gone.
8) Take money with you for lunch, their free lunch is really.. bad. (normally, anyways)
9) There will be a lever that says "Stupid Press People Pull here" (don't pull it) [joking]
10) Wear the press badge, and wear it proud. Why? Because people come after you like a dog in heat o_O; Take it off when you're not doing anything, else you'll just look like a doofus.
11) I know there are some goodies to look at, but you can't take 'em even if you could. (it's just wrong)
