Good Morning to all of you and thank you so much for the chance to rub elbows with people who know what they are doing. I don't have a clue LOL. Sad but true, I spent years running a webpage out of Geocities and never had my own Domain before. Now I am lost and have no clue how to change my page around. I am total noob right now.

A little about me... sounds reasonable to say the least. Ok, so here we go.
I am WillowStar, Willow, WillowStarSilverMoon depending on what sight you find me on.
I am 25 years old until next month. I am a US NAVY wife and mother of three children, ages six, 20 months and our youngest is four weeks old. I am a writer which gives me the ability to work from home so I can be here for the years that matter most in the lives of my children. That is about the extent of it. LOL.
As there is much more to tell, I have to walk my oldest daughter to school.

Hope to meet a lot of wonderful people here and maybe... just maybe I can figure out how to change my pages around and update them without the dreaded "page builder for dummies" on geocities.

ok, so here is me being dumb.
Seeing as I am major noob to this sort of thing... what would you suggest I start with? I am so used to "easy" builders and file managers that I have no idea what I am doing. Any software ideas or tips on where to start? I have a habit of changeing my webgraphix and content as my mood changes and I have very little time to fight with something that makes no sense. LOL. I have kids to tackle most of the time.

I think my stuff needs a serious update, it looks like my six year old did it and I am hopeing for advise.

Geez, she\'s ambitious, ain\'t she? I just get her site stolen from Geocities last night, and slap up a forum, and already she\'s wanting to move everything around. <img src=\'http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/s ... >/blum.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':P\' />
If you\'re looking for a simple drag & drop webpage builder like what GeoCities uses, then give WebDwarf a shot. I would suggest stearing clear of the page editor in the Cpanel file manager... it only screws things up. A decent simple free FTP program is FTPWorks. Free is good, right?
If you need any help with anything, drop me a whisper and I\'ll see it the next time I check chat (usually once every 30 minutes or so when I\'m busy,or once every minute or two when I\'m not).

LOL sweetie I am not changeing everything. You did a great job and I thank you. PLus you work fast and well... I like things fast. I update my page sometimes once a day as I used to (when I had the time) write a daily paper for my site. Once all the kids came along it became weekly, then monthly and now... do I still have a paper???

Anyway, thanks for the info!!! Everthing you have done... your a god!!

And Thanks to you to Dren for the welcome and the info. I will give it a try.

If your looking for a profesional page builder you can always download a trial version of Dreamweaver MX Whic is a really good and easy tool to use.. the only downside is the price. <img src=\'http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/s ... #>/cry.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':(\' />
