CS instead or Elements?
I've never used Elements before, so I guess CS

CS instead or Elements?
oh CS definitely, more layer styles etc, but elements does seem to load quicker. Not entirely sure as the elements version at college is fairly old I think.

CS instead or Elements?
I use both of them, as it depends on what I'm doing. Quick edits for a few things (like the thumbnails in the wallpaper votes) are easily done in Elements, but if I'm making something I'll use PhotoShop. Elements is also better for editing photographs...not that I take many of those

I'd go with CS, mostly coz when you got to elemtns from normal photshop you get confused as to where what is.
