Personally I use Zone Alarm, the free version, from zone labs
Can be setup easily and can restrict particular programs from accessing the net on specific ports. This does get annoying at first install as a lot needs to be configured. However after a few days only a few request will appear. Allows an internet lockdown and mail search.[/color]

[color=\"gray\"][font=\"tahoma\"]I use zonealarm pro with webwashing and i think it is by far the greatest of all, but the free version still has most of the features i usually use, all the stuff that got paid for hardly gets used, lol. [/color][/font]
