Another personal one and again the title comes from another song this time by The Cure. The songs lyrics strike a tone with me, and remind me of something that happaned. The words fit perfectly to my own experience so I thought Id try putting my own spin on it with this image. Sorry the guy is nude, but the forum guidlines say that nudity is allowed as long as its artistic and I think in this case it is but obviously its up to the admins to say if this image is allowed or not. The guy is supposed to be thinking about things that have happaned because of his own doing. His surroundings are of his own minds making to reflect the beaten down and broken reality of his actions, shown here in a kind of dream world that is made up while he thinks. Over to the right is the fading image of a girl, hunched over and crying but only he knows why. He's naked because he feels striped bare and as the song says "Covered it all up with lies" the lies have been discovered whichs leaves him naked to the truth. Thats what the image means to me, but I think you could read other things into, but as well all know art and what it means are about opinions and what we see in it. C+C welcome as all ways. Wow..excellent interpretation, to@ds. I think this is an exceptional piece, and I wouldn\'t change a thing on it.
