Rogue Techniques

Rogues can have alot of different weapons. The most normal ones are: 1x Dagger 1x Sword, 2x Sword or 2x Dagger.
What's the best is enteirly up to the player to decide as it totally depends on your playing style.

[b]WB1) Dagger/Sword or Dagger/Dagger[/b] are mainly used by rogues that use stealth alot to Ambush/BS. They do alot of damage in the early stages of the battle. This is good against PC's/NPC's with low life and armor as it kills the target very fast.

[b]WB2) Sword/Sword[/b] are good when fighting foes with high life and armor as the damage remains high during the entire battle.

[b]WB1 Combos[/b]

[b]From stealth:[/b] Ambush-SS (to 5 CP)-Eviscerate...keep this going and ur enemy will die quite fast, depending on his life and armor ofcourse. Maybe a gauge/KS at times. If you can, use BS.

[b]From normal:[/b] Gauge-BS-SS (to 5 CP)-Eviscerate-SS(to 5)-Eviscerate...throw in a gauge to bs at times if the fight goes on for a long time. Use vanish at times when ur life is low and then ambush/CS the enemy. Use BS if ur able to.

[b]WB2 Combos[/b]

[b]From stealth:[/b] CS-SS(to 5)-Eviscerate-SS... keep this comming, get a gauge in there if needed, maybe a KS at times...

[b]From normal:[/b] SS(to 5)-Eviscerate-SS(to 5)-Eviscerate and so on. As in the other techniques, you can always get a gauge in there if you want. Maybe switch the eviscerate to a KS if you need to get some free hits at the enemy.


But please, dont follow this guide at all times. You need to know when to use other attacks aswell.

An example: when fighting a mage, you might not be able to SS-Eviscerate him since they tend to move alot. Kick him while casting to disrupt his spells. Gauge/KS him to make him actually stand still for a few seconds...

The final piece of advice... do never underestimate ANYONE!
I've killed people 10 levels higher then me just becouse they underestimated me. And Ive made the mistake to underestimate people aswell and it usually turns out to be pretty embarrasing...

Your biggest weapon is your brain...
Example: when a level 60 charges at you (you being level 30), its not a good thing to stand there trying to fight him. You might think noone would ever do that, but you'd be surprised how many people just try becouse they think its impossible to run away from them. ITS NOT! If you try to duel someone thirty levels higher then you, people just think your stupid, cuz you have no chance at all in winning (well...almost none). But, if you run away, you have a quite big chance in getting away, maybe you can even trick him into attacking a bunch of high level guards or players on your faction just becouse he deperatly wants to kill you.

Remember: its much more fun to laugh at someone then to have someone laugh at you...
