afaik, its the background image to the \"KillaGraphix\" theme for this site, so i guess so.

better check with dren first though <img src=\'http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/s ... /smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />

If its in the background then should be fine.
I didn\'t see it because I had the default ipb skin.
