Hello,

I found this forum because I noticed there was some activity from here linking to my website, which I found strange as it is basically brand new. When I clicked on the link it stated that thread was gone. I guess I couldn't help myself and I took a look around. I have actually been looking for a forum like this for a while as I am an ametuer photographer a musician a writer and a web designer.

The site is www.youfeatured.com and I wanted to post a thread in "Help and Suggestions" asking people what there feelings were on submitting creative content to websites. My website is set out to protect the work of artsists while showcasing it but the process of requesting creative content before my sites official launch, has been a long and time consuming one. In anycase, I am not here to promote and leave, but to try to be an active member of the community and request the use of talented artist's work if that is permitted.

The thread linking to your site isn't gone, it's in an area not accessible to the general public as it was part of a staff discussion. We were looking at various sites in regards to a project which is being worked on. As for your request, I will have to discuss that with the other staff members before answering you.

Highanddry,

Im not sure what exactly your problem is with making replies on the forum, but i noticed that your status is still set to validating which means you havent yet validated your account. In the email you supplied to us to register your account, you should have received an activation link from this forum, which upon visiting, your account would be fully validated. Without this validation some features of the forum will be unavailable to you. If you remember what e-mail address you supplied i would try checking for your validation link. If you dont see a validationi link, you can select the, "resend validation" option on the main page of the forum.

Thanks, its working now. Has anyone considered my request yet? I am trying to find artists to feature on my website so I can launch it (in 3d art and photoshop it has been difficult to find). Basically I create a free custom profile for each artist backlinking to their site and publically displaying their chosen information. I have currently found some incredible support for Art (final drafts)/photography but not much at all for video media/3d + photoshop art so I was looking for creative outlets such as this.

I like to dabble around in 3D Modeling/Texturing/Rendering, however I'm working on a project right now and it leaves barely any time for 3D art at all.
