Sites-
wc3schools.org- For design principles code validation, tutorials and everything inbetween
cssplay.co.uk- Doing some interesting and amazing things in all CSS
google.com- Any question you have can be answered through google and although everyone knows about it, you would be surprised how many queries that people ask on coding forums, can be answered through a simple search.. Or maybe you wouldn't be surprised. .
