PUPP

This is a very simple free image program, designed for game developers.

Currently it is only capable of loading and saving images.

Features

* Load/Save BMP, DDS, JPG, PNG, and TGA files.
* Load directly from file explorer, for a quick view of the files.
* Zoom in/out.
* View independent channels, including alpha channel.
* View the image with transparency.
* View image in tiled mode.
* Paste image from clipboard for saving.

* Support RLE for BMP.
* Support paletted images.
* Support cube maps and mip maps for DDS files.
* Image manipulations, e.g. resize, crop, copy & paste.
