Leading Australian Private College Opens in London
Qantm College brings its award-winning, world-leading diploma and degree courses to the UK’s capital city. The new facility opens on 22nd November 2007 and will be located in Islington. The College will educate students in the latest software packages, hardware and offer unique and invaluable access to experts in videogame design, development and 3D animation.
Nic Oliver, International & Domestic Marketing Manager for Qantm explained, “The UK was always going to be a prime choice to benefit from a Qantm educational facility. There’s a thriving game development community here which is crying out for skilled graduates.“ He continued, “We are bringing our 11 years of experience in Australia to offer relevant and practical courses that will allow the UK to continue punching above its weight as the games industry continues its explosive growth.”
Qantm will work closely with some of the country’s leading game developers to provide its students with the best information and guidance by some of the leading lights in game development.

Following its successful Australian model, Qantm will provide tightly focused courses with the flexibility to allow specialization in specific areas such as character animation/texturing or movement programming.
