There are few racing games oriented to the younger audience on the PC platform, and the few that exist are 2 or 3 years old, being outdated by modern technology.

The game takes place in Antartica. The stages are located on several places: skating on ice tracks, inside the water (partially covered), under water (swimming), caves, ramps (where the penguins slip like in a slide), at night and even under a snow storm.

The story starts when King Rico announces that it's time for his daughter to get married and to choose which penguin will marry her and will become the next heir of the throne, he created a race. The penguin that wins this race, wins the hand of princess Marina in marriage.
