SplitFish Dives Into 2nd Annual Access Hollywood "Stuff You Must..." Lounge

Edmonton - January 22, 2008 - SplitFish AG (SplitFish), a leader in video game hardware innovation, showed off its critically acclaimed PlayStation®3 peripheral, the FragFX, at the 2nd Annual Access Hollywood "STUFF YOU MUST ..." Lounge held January 11-12 at the Sofitel in Hollywood. A veritable who's who of the entertainment industry took turns demonstrating their fragging skills on the latest and greatest first-person shooter games for PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, including Unreal Tournament 3.

Performers in attendance during this two day charity event included: Zack Levi of "Chuck," Corbin Bleu of "High School Musical," Jack McBrayer of "30 Rock," musician Josh Groban, and Andre Royo of "The Wire." Every celebrity that stopped by the Splitfish display went home with a FragFX and copy of the hit new PlayStation®3 game, Unreal Tournament 3 from Midway Home Entertainment. "This (FragFX) is an awesome controller!" enthused Zack Levi, star of the NBC television series 'Chuck,' "Gaming is my life!"

Not your ordinary gift lounge, for each celebrity who visits the Access Hollywood "STUFF YOU MUST..." Lounge, CVS/pharmacy will once again be making a significant contribution to Nancy O'Dell's Best Buddies, an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with intellectual disabilities and Billy Bush's Lollipop Theatre Network, an organization that brings the magic of movies currently in theaters to children hospitalized nationwide due to life- threatening illness. (Those stars that stopped by to enjoy the gift lounge last year helped raise $100,000 for these two important causes, and CVS/pharmacy hopes to reach this goal again!)

In addition, stars will be helping raise awareness and money for The Actors Fund, which provides critical assistance to EVERYONE who works in entertainment - film, theatre, TV, music, dance, opera and radio - from those behind the scenes to those in front of the camera, including writers, actors, performers, stagehands, technical & crafts professionals, film editors, directors, administrative support staff & more.

About the FragFX

Recognized as one of the easiest to use and most intuitive controllers ever designed specifically for the PlayStation 3, the FragFX controller works with all games and game styles. The FragFX gives you that same PC-style game-play on the PS3 and doubles as an optimized mouse for PS Home and Browser navigation. Faster, more accurate and easier to use than a standard PS3 controller, you can dynamically program the motion and adjust the mouse sensitivity - making the FragFX a true intelligent controller.

The FragFX features a separate right hand mouse controller and detachable left hand grip controller, ideal for experiencing the traditional PC mouse and keyboard style gameplay of shooter games in a console environment. Key FragFX controller features include:

- The right hand mouse controller has the complete set of PS3 controller buttons. The mouse is used during game play to shoot, look left, right, up and down for that same PC style game play experience on the PlayStation 3.

- The mouse is optimized for navigation within the recently announced PlayStation Home virtual world.

- A menu mode on the mouse allows it to double as a regular mouse during menu selections. A lap mouse pad and left hand grip cradle is included with the FragFX to allow for comfortable play in a living room setting.

- The left hand re-programmable grip (nicknamed the "FragChuck" by G4TV) has the full range of 6-axis motion control providing Wii-like motion sensitivity for the PlayStation 3. In games like Resistance: Fall of Man, to reload a weapon or to rifle butt an opponent, the user can swing the FragChuck.

- The FragChuck also offers a game speed dial and frag button. When the frag button is pressed it slows the mouse down to incremental movement for smooth sniper shots. The speed dial allows for instant fast or slow overall game play. These two additional features let the user get out of battles as fast as they get into them.
