Something for everyone to review:

Some basic server Rules From 12 Stones-KillaNet Chat Network:

1. No cloning... Keep connections to a minimum. You don\'t need to connect 10 times. Maximum 3 connections per IP

2. No playing \"takes\" or flooding... or you will be k-lined on the spot

3. No packeting of any kind... we find out you are, it will become a legal matter... you will lose your right to chat (kline), your computer, and your freedom

4. Spamming, advertising, or harrassing chatters on this server will result in the filing of a complaint against your ISP. All IPs are logged on connection to the server, and any complaints will be followed through.

5. Actions taken on ANY network (be it MSN, DAL, Efnet, or any other) found to be malicious or destructive or abusive (see rule 1-4) will be dealt with accordingly on this network as well.

6. Impersonation of Network Staff, be it by name or claimed status (also counting using a staff nickname prefix such as Admin, Sysop, Guide, or masking a nick to appear even remotely like staff) will result in a global ban for not less than 5 minutes, and not more than 1 week. Repeat offenses are exempt from this time line, and may result in a ban for up to one month time. This is your only warning!

7. All Eggdrops Running On This Network must be:
- Running in BOT mode ( +B )
- Authorized to connect by Network Staff
- Proven to be run by competent individuals (If you don\'t know what you are doing, read the Manual First)
- Authorized by channel owners to idle in their rooms
Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a network ban being placed on the bot until such time as the owner has contacted the Staff to have it lifted. Please know what you are doing before connecting Bots here.

8. Keep your channel issues in your own channel. Dragging your personal or channel issues into another room regarding a ban or personal issues will get you a 48 hour vacation from the network.

9. 12Stones-KillaNet-Chat Network is in a \"Zero Tolerance\" zone. Due to the number of illegal files being shared through DCC, most files types have been banned. Blocked notices get sent to every staff member on the network, and depending on their mood at the time, they may act like they never saw the rejection, or they may act on it with a standard 48 hour network ban.

KillaNet\'s Public Chatroom (#killagraphix) Guidelines:

1. Please respect other people in the chatroom - no flaming.

2. KillaNet is a family-safe environment. Please keep the chat discussions \"clean\"

3. Do not bring disagreements from other channels or servers into our chat.

4. No excessive flooding or scrolling.

5. #killagraphix is not a test channel for irc or webchat scripts.

6. Please take any disgreements/arguments you may be having with another member of the chatroom to Query (PM, Whisper).

7. Do not ask for sites which aid in piracy or the breaking of copyright works. Legal download sites for software/music/books/films are permitted.
