If you have a \"mailto:\" hyperlink on your website but want to be sure it came from your site, enter a custom subject line which you will easily recognize as having come through your website.

Example:
[code]href="mailto:support@yourdomain.com?subject=YourDomain_Support"[/code]

Any email coming in because someone clicked that hyperlink will contain the subject line YourDomain_Support

That subject line would be easy to add to any email rules you may be using to sort your mail, and unless a user changes the subject line-which isn\'t likely if the person is in the least bit net savvy-you can send it right to the appropriate folder where it can await your response.
