Here's a review from me, mind you, I am very analytical. ( I study things down to the last dot )

Hand-drawn logos aren't really my favourite but that one looks alright. I assume you do not have a tablet (as in something you draw on and it goes into your computer). The "You know you want more" is hard to read and could be made brighter by adding a drop shadow or a very light glow. The logo could also do with some trimming of that white from the far right side of it, it doesn't look quite right with it.

Looking at the layout I thought it was first nuke, but scrolling down I found out that it's actually Fusion, a program I have never heard of. It does look slightly different to Nuke but I'd rather looking at a site that gets away from the "logo at the top, 3 column" layout (even though mine is...). The links are easy to find and the page didn't take that long to load, even though I am doing this on the school's hyperfast connection. The links are easy to find, a bonus. You also have a poll which could lure old users back to your site or new users to it. People like having something to interact with on a website. If it's just information (Like Microsoft.com) then it's boring. A forum and a chat is also excellent, giving more options for users to interact with the site and it's other users.

Overall I'd give it an 8 out of 10. The logo lets you down a little.

I beleive radar meant no harm in saying what he said, and imho, i dont think there was anything really over the top, most of it was positive and overall an 8 out of 10 is a good mark. Id probably give it about the same, lol.

I thought this site looked great. Very simple colour system that works, but saying that Ive seen similar on other similar sites, keeping in tune with similar fasions. Saying that, its also nice to be differant from other sites that cover your content or site topic. I thought the style of the design fitted the site topic too. Similar to radar, I think maybe you header graphic could be improved, but its still a nice image.

The three column build I good. Its a tried and tested style, which Im asuming you dod with CSS so that it will change size to fit on all resolutions. I didnt try this, but if you have done that then great. Allways good to know it will allways fit on screen, on any PC.

The links and such were all done great, easy to find what your after. I dont think you need to keep all update post's veiwable though. Maybe just the last months or so. This'll help cut down on scrolling on the page. Maybe you could have an archive of all your updates if you wanted to keep them, that way people can also see the progression your making with the site.

This site is nice, and it works, it does its job, Being a games fan myself Ive added the site to my bookmarks and look forward to using your site more.

9/10

On another note, I dont think radar was flaming or anything like that, I agree with mobil. It seems he's like me, and like to be abit more thorough. When I post sites and images, I like to hear abit more than "Nice site, dont like the colour scheme or font though". Two lines dossent seem like a reveiw. I'd like people to tell my why they dont like it, and how it might be fixed. If I say I dont like something I allways try and say how I think it can be fixed and try to give reasons why I dont like it. It also nice to told when you are doing things right. If I see a particular technique, or managment style I allways try and acknoledge the time and effort gone into it.

I hope this has helped clear things up and given people an idea of how I think when I review a site. Its not being harsh, its just being indepth.

Mhm I guess it's alright aslong as the reviews don't insult the web designers/ site owners.
