ok, i'm interrupting regular service for hopefully a not to cheesy plug of my site.

Rfit, my husband, has created two types of html editors. While these are still in their infancy (version 1 and 2) I thought it would still be worthwhile to mention them here.

Teachers Net

I learnt html some time ago, and while I could still make a page with it, this program has meant I dont have to use it at all. This web page builder was created after schools in california came to us and said " we want to make a webpage but want it to be a hassle free experience" or words to that effect.
Teachers Net has a very easy going interface with buttons and menus that dont leave you guessing what they might do.

Imagine using Microsoft Word to create a web page. You create and edit the webpage as you would see it online. Highlight font to change its color, size, alignment. Insert pictures and resize them to fit your needs. Add tables and backgrounds and view it all in 'real time'. You dont have to save, then view it as a htm file, you are viewing the finished product as you work on it.

Uploading your finished page to the web is also made easy. Click the arrow and your done. It will upload all your pictures at the same time, so no need to worry about missing graphics on your site. I'm probably missing out a whole bunch of information, so like with anything, sample it and see what you think. It's available for download from our site and gives you ten free trials.

HTML Fly

This is perhaps more suitable for users comfortable with html code. You can see both the code you are creating (in the top window) and a real time preview of your page underneath. You can edit the page in either window and not worry that if you put a slash in the wrong place, you wont realize it until you save then preview your work.

If you are confident enough to manipulate the code and add in more copmlex functions, such as applets, this is perhaps more suited to your needs.

This is also available for download from our site.

Where You Come In!

There are many plans for both these programs, too many to list here unfortunately!

However, anyone who wishes to download the programs from www.sage-web.com is encouraged to leave feedback on the SageWeb forum. Please feel free to give any and all constructive critique about the program you trialed in the appropriate section.

Also, if you would like to leave feedback about the website itself, the layout, theme and your overal opinion here I will be eager to make these changes when I have some spare time. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated on both the website and our software.

Thank you for your time, and, unless you were watching Telletubbies, your regualr viewing will now resume /blum.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':P\' />

Sounds great, I'll check it out. Not sure if I'll convert from Dreamweaver, but I'll definatly take a look. Oh and by the way, you can make a webpage with Microsoft word, all be it not very good ones, but it can be done.

I had a look in the download list section, but alas, there was nothing there. You waiting to add the programs? Could just be Mozilla playing mind games with me, its does that sometimes.

no toads there all there, the only thing we havent brought over to the site yet ( we had two separate sites before) are the registration forms. They should be up in a few days, but can also be found through the help menu on tnet.

did you click on the program name on the software list page? this takes you to a second page where you can download and tiral it.
