[url=\"http://developer.skolelinux.no/info/studentgrupper/2005-hig-stopmotion/index.php\"]Stopmotion[/url] is a free application for creating stop-motion animation movies. The users will be able to create stop-motions from pictures imported from a camera or from the harddrive, add sound effects and export the animation to different video formats such as mpeg or avi.

Stopmotion is used by a couple of norwegian schools and an unknown number of personal end users. At the moment it is included into Debian, Ubuntu and Mandriva, and hopefully it will be included into the other popular distributions as well. More and more users discovers this fantastic application and wants to contribute with graphics and translation. Please let us know if you want to contribute with either new features, translation, graphics or whatever you can imagine.
